We built the company we wish we could've hired.
Two operators, on opposite ends of the same broken problem, who got tired of waiting for someone else to fix it. This is how Real VA came to be, and why it works the way it does.
Two paths. One company.
Bryan
Two decades closing US real estate deals. He mastered the deal, but could never find anyone to fix the chaos behind it. The dead CRM. The follow-up that never happened. The leads rotting in a spreadsheet.
Imran
Seven years building ops infrastructure for US real estate, a 40+ person team across 30+ states. Operators kept finding him with the same wounds: wrong systems, generic talent, founders trapped in their own business.
One had the market. The other had the machine. Real VA sat exactly in the middle.
Neither set out to start a company, they set out to fix the same problem from opposite ends. Real VA is what they built when they stopped waiting for someone else to do it.
A decade of getting it right, one account at a time.
Operations, not a pitch.
We began running real estate back offices for US operators, before "outsourced ops" was a category.
A trained team.
We stopped placing people and started building them, a vetting and training pipeline for real estate operators.
The AI layer.
Automation over the repetitive work, so specialists spend their hours on judgment and relationships.
Retainer, not hours.
One senior lead per client, paid on outcomes. Our incentives finally matched our clients'.
100+ operators.
More than a hundred US operators trust us with their ops. Longest relationships: seven years and counting.
Nobody touches a client account until they've earned it.
Every specialist runs through a structured training system, designed, built, and scored by co-founder Bryan Sinegal. Modules, assessments, and live tests on real estate scenarios. Only those who score above 95% are assigned to a client. Everyone else trains again.
Curriculum
A structured program in US real estate operations, acquisitions, CRMs, dialers, comps, dispo, and the vocabulary operators expect. Built from a decade of real account experience.
Assessment
Module-by-module testing on knowledge and judgment. Specialists must demonstrate command of the material, not just completion, before advancing.
Scoring
Every assessment is scored against a fixed standard. Performance is tracked, weak areas are retrained, and nothing is graded on a curve.
Live Tests
Real-world scenarios, seller calls, CRM tasks, follow-up sequences, run under observation. We watch how they perform when it's live, not just what they know on paper.
Assignment
Only specialists scoring above 95% are placed on a client account. The rest keep training until they clear the bar, or they don't join the floor.
The bar to work on a client account.
Not a target, a threshold. Score below it and you don't get assigned. It's the single reason a Real VA specialist behaves like an operator from week one, not week twelve.
We're not a VA agency. We're an operations partner.
The distinction isn't marketing, it changes everything about how the work gets done and who's accountable for it.
- You buy hours and hope they're used well.
- Generic talent figuring out real estate on your dime.
- You manage tasks, chase status, and retrain turnover.
- A swarm of contacts, no one accountable for the outcome.
- The business still runs on the founder's calendar.
- You buy outcomes on a retainer, incentives aligned.
- Specialists trained in US real estate before day one.
- You review results on a weekly call, we own the tasks.
- One senior account lead owns the entire relationship.
- The business runs without you in the middle of it.
Standards we run by, on every account, every week.
Culture isn't a poster on a wall. It's the rules we hold to when no one's watching, the reason clients stay for years.
Outcomes, not tasks.
Clients review results on the weekly call. They don't assign tickets or chase status updates.
One owner per account.
One senior lead owns the relationship end to end. No swarm, no rotating contacts, no confusion.
Specialist, not generalist.
Every person on your team is trained on real estate operations, comps, CRMs, dialers, dispo, all of it.
Retainer aligns us.
We're paid the same whether we work harder or smarter. So we work smarter, and keep clients longer.
AI where it earns it.
We use automation when it makes a specialist faster and better, never because it's the latest thing.
Truth on the call.
If something isn't working, the cadence call is where we say so. No softening, no spin, no surprises.
Why this company deserves to exist.
Real VA was built on a few convictions about real estate operators. They haven't changed since 2014, and they decide everything we do.
The founder should be leading the business, not running its operations.
Real estate is a specialty, not something generalists figure out on your dime.
You should buy outcomes, not hours. Incentives have to line up with results.
Trust is built by people who stay. So we build our team to keep them.
Talk to a founder on the discovery call.
Not a sales rep. The people who built this.
